Component Specs

6 x 24 volt, 590 watt, DC motors with 25/1 worm gearbox

3 x Sabertooth 2x60 motor drivers with Kangaroo x2 Motion Control Modules

1 x USB/TTL Converter

6 x Hall Effect 180 deg Pots mounted on the back of the gearbox output shaft

12 x V3 Limit Micro Switches operated by cams on the back of the gearbox shaft

12 x M12 Rose Joints (Heim)

12 x M8 to M12 High Dispacement Angle Spacers

6 x M12 Stud for pushrods

3 x Base made from 1m x 150mm x 50mm Timber

Top Platform 20mm High Density Plywood, seat bolted direct to platform. (dims to be determined)

2 x Aluminium U channels 75mm x 40mm to protrude forward to mount controls & pedals

CastAR HMD Glasses with retro reflective 180 deg wrap around screen.
