Salve a tutti..avevo in mente questo progetto già da tempo ma visto che è quasi natale e la scheda di thanos era in offerta per due giorni non ho saputo resistere
quindi ora sono in attesa che arrivi e intando studio un po' sui vari progetti qui sul forum.
vorrei un consiglio dai più pratici sulla scelta della potenza dei motori:
1)stavo pensando a motori da 0,75 kw ma poi ho fatto un ragionamento: Se le utenze casalinghe sono (se non si richiedono contratti differenti) 3,3 kw bisogna restare entro potenze da 0,55 kw con una potenza massima di 0,55 x 6 = 3,3 esatti oppure l'assorbimento durante l'uso e tale da poter utilizzare 6 motori da 0,75 kw senza problemi?
La differenza di prezzo tra i due modelli è minima quindi non è un modo per risparmiare, visto che quello che incide di più sono i riduttori di giri.

2)prima di passare al vero sim vorrei giocare un po' per capire il software per settare il 6dof con un modellino ma non ho mai utilizzato i servomotori.

Hello everyone, ...I had in mind this project some time ago but since it's almost Christmas and thanos card was on offer for two days I haven't been able to resist
so now I'm waiting for it to arrive and first study a bit about various projects here on the forum.
I would like some advice from the most practical choice of the power of the motors:
1) I was thinking about 0.75 kw engines but then I made a reasoning: If users are housewives (if you do not require different contracts) must stay within 3.3 kw power from 0.55 kw with a maximum power of 0.55 x 6 or exacting absorption 3.3 during operation and that it can use motors from 0.75 kw 6 without any problems?
The price difference between the two models is minimal so it's not a way to save money, since what affects most are speed gearboxes.
2) before moving on to real sim I would play a little figuring out the software to set the 6dof with a model but I've never used the servomotors.These are fine?

in attesa dei consigli dai più esperti ho iniziato il progetto della struttura e ho riportato le quote fondamentali.
Non ho fatto ragionamenti molto scentifici quindi se vedete qualche errore o qualche misura che è meglio cambiare dite pure.

Looks great for me!
Arm lenght 140 mm and level 3 at 3,5 times arm lenght so 490mm.
Just maybe diam 12 for rod ends.I used diam 14 and rod ends M14.

Grazie per i consigli vicpopo e complimenti per il tuo sim considerando che è stato uno dei primi realizzato con questo sistema, io non avrei mai avuto il coraggio di buttarmi per primo
Effettivamente i perni da 12 sono un po' piccoli, giusta osservazione, li modifico subito.
La regola del 3-3,5 volte il braccio non la conoscevo, io sono andato praticamente a occhio
Non ho capito se la lunghezza della leva deve essere compresa tra 140 x 3 = 420 mm e 140 x 3,5 = 490 mm o è meglio moltiplicarla proprio per 3,5 quindi farlo subito 490mm
Inoltre vorrei chiederti se l'angolo di 45° con motore in posizione centrale è giusta o è meglio variare anche quella?

Actually the 12 pins are slightly smaller, just edit them observation immediately.
The rule of 3-3 .5 times the arm do not know, I went to the eye
