Two issues. Motor move in steps and shake.

Hi guys
Maybe somebody can help me.
I finished my first 2DOF simulator. But now during tests I have two issues.
First the motors do not move smoothly. They move like in small steps and this feels badly during playing games.
Is this a hardware or software issue and what to do to fix this problem?
Second. When i take a seat in the simulator it's beginning very little to shake. The motors trying to hold the middle position but because of my weight (90kg) i´m pushing the seat down. The motors again trying to adjust to the middle position.
Is this normal?
I got already info from sirnoname it could be because of the PID konfiguration. Or could be something else? My motors are 12V/160W/50rmp
The motor position is not so difficult to move by hand so I do understand the shaking. The electronic whant to keep the middel position and it is pushing up again.
Has someone an idea?

Thanks

Greg1976 Hello, first of all congratulations for the sim, I like the tubular chrome you used them have already bought chrome, or have made them cromare later?

As for your problem, I wanted to ask you some questions:

1 What electronics are you using?
2 Have you tried with another profile?

Hello Kevin

My frame is made of stainless steel 304.
And the problems I could manage.
I change the settings in the x-sim software and the shaking I think is because I´m not using worm gear. The life time of worm gear is three times less than direct gearbox. I think it is this problem.

Thanks
