Original idea: Wanegain a French guy and Leo Burton (SimuKIT) from youtube. Cheers!
An abandon 20mm chipboard was uses for this project. Once the various pieces were cut, I proceeded with drawing lines for joining them together. Then drilled holes for the wood screws (3-4mm by 50mm).
After that, I put some wood glue on the appropriate edges of the boards and screw them together. As with the lines, I made sure that each board piece was placed at exactly 90 degrees or parallel to each other.
From the attached photo you can see the finished wood base and approximate dimensions.
Possible improvements:
1. The 2 vertical boards at the back should be placed closer together by about 50mm each (100mm in total) so that it would be easier for the eventual chair to roll left and right.
2. For the same reason, some of the corners of the vertical boards need to be cut diagonally as marked.
