ALE's 2dof simulator with 24V DC motors

Postby prilad » Sun 21. Oct 2012, 10:04

Hi all.

I stopped being just a theorist. :D And begin to build my own simulator. Mechanical part now in project, but firmware and controller have been tested *.. There are my first video with my equipment.

I used:

- my own controller with Atmega64

- h-bridge from China with some modification and opto-isolation: http://www.dhgate.com/a128-60a-dual-motor-driver-module-h-bridge/p-ff808081331b1be8013344b4e7b744a9.html

- wiper motor

- power supply s-350-15: http://www.meanwell.com/search/S-350/default.htm

- My FW and GUI : http://www.x-sim.de/forum/viewtopic.php?f=39&t=237

- and ... my cat

All WORKS GOOD :D

to be continued...

Best regards,
ALE

No my dear motiondave :
Actually, speaking of the " truth " ...  ... Not every one

He will never speak for himself into this  ... but to spare him and softly ... give you a hot spot to watch ... ;) :D ;) :D
His work will present him better ...
viewtopic.php?f=39&t=237

I don't want to push into results now ... but this is really the future of motion controllers . ;)

I guess you watched the video at a glance ... you didn't notice ... the controller :o , the H-bridge :o , the FW :o , the SW with it's options on the screen :o :o :o :o ... for any missing unknown questions try asking him ...!!!

Watch again and enjoy ... Russian technology .
Mr. Prilad already has a fantastic digital mind ... start with the upper link to explore a tiny part of his mind ... forgive me I'm a big fan of hem ... but you'll know why ?

This star stepped on the performing stage ... without any appropriate introduction to some of us I guess .

regards
spe ;) edy

Hi, Speedy.

No  . The second ADC input is not connected (on air), but internal capacitor of atmega ADC multiplexer is charging from another feedback input channel. :D
