Now i´m using 2 Pololu 12V12 controller, because AMC 1.6 Controller dont want to do his job. That was so easy to configure, i like this things.

i was measuring 10Ampere Peak on my wiper´s, is this in a normal area? Whats your experience with other wipers?

I´m so happy that its working, so far.

Here can you see the first testdrive-video:

More updates coming soon

........UPDATE2........20.12.2012........

It´s going on!

here can you see my special wiper-mod: I´m really, really proud on this Mod.

I removed the shaft and on my lathe i cutted a thread into the back. In this M3 thread, I then glued a screw, which is connected to the potentiometer. So I can now operate the pot without gears in the ratio1:1.

........STANDARD........15.11.2012........
Hy!

I want to apologize right at the beginning for my bad english

here i will show you my new projekt. Well, i´m trying to build my own 2DOF racing SIM.

So, thats my setup:

software: is clear --> X-Sim 3

hardware: i´m using Vellemann K8055 in kombination with the H-bridge from Thanos, which is not aleady finished yet.
the framework is largely built with 25x25 mm pipes.
The Wiper motor´s are from a BMW E36 Limo Bj. 95
Logitech G25 for sure

So i want to show you some pic´s of the currently status:

This was a useless sample drawing in ACAD.

then I realized that I should not draw, but build

Here you can see, the finished etched H-bridge

i also began to built the seat as well.

a bit try and measure

ans so it became slowly a simulator
shifter mounted

He stands on his own feet

the hinge

first tests with the wiper-motor

i hope you enjoy this projekt and want to see more, i will give you some update, as soon as possible. :ugeek:
so, here i´m standing on my plan

with best regards
mario

i like the monitor mount i just wonder if the motors you have on there will be able to move that weight wiht you in it, you may need to add some springs in the front and back also that will help when its in resting position
