Hi Bob,
Finally I got my small scaled version working with your great help.Thank you very much for your cooperation,Now i have left with one Issue. After i click start on X_SIM converter i am able to get the values out for only about 5 seconds (not even at least 5 seconds to be sure) comport error pops up and data stops coming out even though i have replaced with the better cable as you suggested , i am getting the same error, any way i am so happy that i saw things working out here my First sim (Thank you bob).

I am looking in the forums for help and post my update here.

NOTE: The program needed some MODS to get it working but its not a big issue any one can solve it.

I have already given an external power supply to other servo, but the error continues now it says error: writing to comport. even if i have not connected the servos to the board i am getting the error says Error: opening comport.

But in the process i have tried to change the baud rate to 4800 and i have not got this error but no values coming out (NOTE: I made changes to baud rate in the code, USO, And port setting to same).....????

And the code which i have just changed is curly brace (}) from one line to other at the end of the code you see that in the image i have attached. with out this change i could not compile the code. so i don't think this could cause the port issue any way you know better than me.

Thank you..

Hi to all,

i hade the same problem!!

in my case was that for debug i hade the write command so if arduino is writing data to the comport directly xsim crash with that error!

to solve you need a com port splitter so you can listen with arduino IDE (serial monitor) and send data from xsim in the same time!

i use VSPE!

regards
