How to: connect pot and HALL effect pots

I know about the 5 volt.. Maybe will try to amplify it later.
i only would like to Center the middle position shown on the first Picture posted before.

This Picture shows the "offset" when no magnet applyed.

this Picture shows the a1302 on breadboard with regulator.
Two more a1302 resting on the top. Readings are the same.

As long as I know (I dont know much really :) ) quiescente should read half of 5v or half of 5v less the voltage drop. But no almost 3v (2.95v)

Is it normal?

Sirnoname, do you remember if on your xpid thread is any explanation about software tunning for the pots?
I use pulleys and had it hardware solved. But now with this offset, can I pull that red line to the center software wise?
