Can you explain how to connect the pot middle pin to the Arduino ? Than the A4 and A5 of the Arduino will be attached the Analgo on the SparksFun Moto Monster?

Hi all!
I have the infamous Moto-monster shield from China, downloaded the latest firmware from the GitHub as specified.
Now I have a zip file with few folders on it. Unzipped it and I can see and open the Arduino file.
But have no clue as to load it by itself or place other along with it, or do they somewhere else?
Looked for guides on YouTube and in the forum but most shows everything running.

Pretty sure is somewhere and I’m overlooking it, can someone please guide me or knows where a video or info can be found.
It would be nice a guide from download of the firmware to connection with x-Sim!

I’m new to the Arduino world.
