ok just found how to reach to debug mode for snc5 the value was 0 change it to 1 first actuator COM3 try to cumunicate not responding and the second one dont found it

This normally means your SCN5 is not a original SCN5 with original settings.
You need now the "free serial port monitor" (google for it) and log the wrong response.
Post here the comport log output.
Log it until you get the error message.

and the free serial port monitor installed yesterday but how can i log the wrong response

You select the comport and make a screenshot of the data in the window.
I think your RS485 adapter has a loopback, this means al sended data is received again at the PC. You see that there.
