I wish to know how to set that up here if possible ! I included a screenshot of my current settings. I would appreciate any help you could give on the subject.

Hi, jsmith2307 :D

Unfortunately I can't replay to your first question, because (I think) the limits sets in X-sim software, but I ain't specialist of this software

What about second question - you can set-up Kp values by using editing fields (as I see in screenshot - you already do it ;) ). If you want to change Kp setting you must to edit field "KpLo" (It is necessarily to press "Return" key to send edited value to AMC) and "KpHi" (and press "Return"). You can see current parameters values at right side of editing fields.
If you set both values equal - it will work like in Tronic’s software. For saving new parameters to EEPROM (after sending to AMC by "Return" keys) you must clik "save setting to EEPROM" button.

Regards,
Ale

Hi jsmith2307 :
You're in the middle of the fun part of the simulator that you're going to face it sooner or later ;) ... and since the problems posted is not related to the topic above ... please, I guess you need your own topic to discuss and follow up with you there " give us the link " ... just to keep us at least organized for where and what to follow up and find answers ... don't worry, great minds here are behind your back ,but you have to lead this time .

BTW ... Solve and improve these design errors first by your own creativity ... I know you're gonna do it POC . 8-)

-The upper pulley (labeled) makes contact and can literally eat into the crossbar (labeled) ...On the other end it needs to be limited .
-On the “X” axis, the belt slips on the pulley on a full left or full right turn.
Values desired for limits are :
X axis -Right Hand Turn @ 15 degrees & Left Hand Turn @ 12 degrees.
Y axis: Full up limit @ 22 degrees and full down @ 10 degrees

regards
Spe ;) edy
