can someone please guide me how to use x-sim. Also can someone tell me how x-sim communicate with the controller.

What controller do you intend to use? Different controllers connect differently.
Tronic controller via USO commands.
JRK and Arduino via a plug in.

I intend to use Tronic controller via USO commands. Also i intend to build my own controller and i need the help in programming and also building up connection between controller and x-sim.

Also how can i get the offline feature of x-sim extrctor

Read through this thread for info on the tronic card.
As for developing your controller , good luck.
You will have to speak to sirnoname about this development of yours and code support.
The arduino is showing very promising results for a , about $30 control card , and it's plug in supported. It's just a matter of getting some h-bridges and you are off and running , so to speak.
Or if you want sheer simplicity and 12 v , use the JRK. One per motor.

An offline feature of x-sim is available by a donation of 30 euros and details of a simulator build you have in progress. I think. There is a terms and condition section .

Hey guys i have build the AVR motion controller, but when i go to program it i get the following error.

Read Signature Bytes=> FF FF FF => ERROR

Is this means i have killed my ATmega CPU?

Hi,

Did you put all the switchs to OFF ( the all 4 switchs from the dip switch)? When programming they must be to OFF .

I had switch 1 to ON position. I get the same error when all switches are on the off position.

Did you used cables to program it?

Look at the picture below. All switchs always to OFF.

Yeah i tried with all buttons to the off position i still get the same error please see my attached picture.
