Hi, I make a simple observation ,
you have tried to change pot ? have you checked the cables of the pot and the PCB connection ?

He fixed it. It was wrong wiring, causing short circuit to the end of travel of the potentiometer.

Hello !

I found out why the LCD was silent... the contrast pot was KO . I wired pin 3 to ground and then LCD came to life !
I'll double check the AREF pot * By the way, what is to be done with this pot ?
I need now to find out why the COM port remains silent when opening it with termianl application (I see the TX LED blink on the USB/RS232 adpater so I guess I should be able to see something)

I finally got everything working
Oen of the issues was with the FTDI USB/RS232 clone, which I replaced : I was then able to receive the data from the AMC board.
Then I configured XSIM Extractor and Converter, using USO output and bingo !!!
I received today my sabertooth, so I'll start to play with it. I'll post a couple of pictures soon.

Me again...
Things are improving on the electronic side
I just have a last issue with the sabertooth module. I connected PWM1 to S1 and PWM2 to S2, configured the switches (1,4,6 to OFF) but I always get +12V on the two outputs
Any idea what I missed ?
Then I'll start the mecanic part with the 24V wipers motors I got.

I´ve ordered my Atmega 644, BUT they send it to me Atmega 1284P (they say "it´s the same"), but I can´t program it with latest firmware "FTISP for AMC1.6 1.1h both crystals.zip", I had 18 mhz crystal.

Can you compile for me the "1.1h" to Atmega 1284P?

Is it posible, to run Amc 1.6 with 2 Lcd Displays? (one on the board and anotherone in front of me near the wheel.

Maybe connect both in paralell?
