Both links (Github and zip) are working very good as you can see by the download count.

Yes you are right..I dont know what happened yesterday I dint work for me, I have downloaded the Firmware and plugin as directed. Now X-sim is detecting the interface.

I am little confused that is this firmware is enough to drive the motors using x-sim output or i have to upload the program which is written for it. If i upload the program will the interface detect the board. I may be asking silly question but i am stuck here.

Upload the sketch to the arduino, copy the plugin to the interface plugin directory of x-sim. Look into the converter interface setup and it must be detected.
I am working on a update for nano and other older arduinos with ftdi chip, if you do not use the UNO R3 you have to wait until V2 of the code.

I have followed you instructions in all possible ways i know or gathered in the mean time. I am Using Arduino Uno R3 I can give you a narrow area where i am struck :?:

Arduino is easily detected by X-sim and I can see the RX,TX blinking when i open USB-XPID settings.

I think the values generated by x-sim from game in Math setup are not been taken in to output setup or the values from output setup are not given out to the board. I have been following your instruction from start for settings of the profile, math and output setup.

Now i dont have any option to try my self :( :?:

Can you give me any other direction where i can solve this issue

You are doing a great job in helping starters like me thank you...

 I am planning to update my ATmega8U2 chip firmware on Arduino board. I have found that my boards ATmega8U2 chip firmware is not up to date, by following the instructions on the following link.
http://arduino.cc/en/Hacking/DFUProgramming8U2

Do you think this will help me in resolving serial communication issue?

Regards
