Perhaps someone can follow this development and its clones for PC ...

i saw this post and started to dream... i mean here in mexico there are android "pads" for less than 200 usdlls. with big displays and gyrospopes ready to play...

i mailed this guy (the developer) and he told me that his idea was to develop games for his "platform" not to support the common games.. i wonder i we would play using the "tachometer" trick that sends info from the windows screen to the android screen. ??

best regards

Hi

emailed the guy a while back, he replied that the latency of the head tracking would be a problem for use with pc, as the games run on the handset and are modified for 3d display.

my other idea was use the headmount with a android handset using splashtop software to display the pc image, via usb, then use free track with leds mounted on the headset and use a camera mounted on the rig for headtracking, just need a 1080p hd display handset.

may be cheaper to wait for the rift!

Hi Sir

previously googled monitors for hmd, they all list hdmi 1080p but the ones i've found all have much lower screen resolutions,

waiting to see whats around the corner, I want to be able to use with motion sim and for fpv rc flying.
