Motors running very hot. Any help Please.

I am having an ongoing problem with my motors getting super hot after about 4 to 5 minutes of operation. The motors operate correctly but they get crazy hot. I am using the sabertooth 2x60 hooked up to a 12v car battery with 8 gauge from the battery to the sabertooth and 8 gauge wire to the motors. I have tried as many things as I could but there must be something wrong. The motors I am using are the motion dynamics Worm Drive Motor 12V/24V 200W, 180 RPM, 20Nm Torque motors. I have been trying to understand the best I can why I am getting to much heat and my thoughts are the motors are getting to many amps from the sabertooth but I think that is wrong. I am not that knowledgeable about this but I am trying to learn as I go. Any help can really help.
