Please Help for Engine Choice

Firstly, hello everybody.
I'm Ozy and unfortunetly i don't know very good english..

and i don't know, i have use which engine?
please help me... step engine or ac/dc engine?
and i have use which usb converter card?

BIG 240v AC motor at least 1.5 hp.
An arduino with inverters would do it.
Dig through the threads at Ritons sim as he does 240v motors on his that may be of a guide for your plans.

i called my ac motor dealer and he asked to me;
"Do yo wanna which protokol? Modbus or camopen?"
and he asked one more think;
"what you wanna engine's tourqe?"
i don't know theese 2 questions' answers...
and will i use RS-485 converter?
