DC motor_N-channel MOSFET's_H-bridge

Hi Speedy ,
My PCB handler said that some solder tracks are very closed each other(< 0,5mm)and that they will probably touch together.
He gave me back the focused tracks and their place on the board marked with a red arrow.
Could you arrange that? Or could I make the Pcb?

Hi vicpopo :

Pls. don't forget to cover the copper layer with a silkscreen layer or a "green mask" to prevent touching ...

use a normal solder iron and don't use hot air for soldering as it is a single layer board ...

and the rest I guess it depends on your soldering skills ...

here you go with more spacing ...

edit : original post updated with the file and photo ... the same file .

thanks and have a nice time ...

Good day every one ...
I did some testes before ... and found that Tronic-DSMHB amps. delivered per motor using the IRLZ44N can handle about 25A peak, and with IRF3205 30A peak ...
That deference from the datasheet of these MOSFET's comes from the deference between a DC (direct current) continuously supplied, and a PWM or pulsed current ...
So, If there is still any one having troubles ( Bad movements with a lot of heat ) with his wiper or a little bigger ones ... don't wait to test try upgrading the power of the h-bridge for one motor by hocking the two sides of the Tronic-DSMHB that means douple the Amps listed above ... as in this post on the other site ...
http://www.*.de/forum/tronic-s-diy-dual-mosfet-h-bridge-dsmhb-t820-340.html#p38567

If OK, leave it like this and make another Tronic-DSMHB board for the other motor ... if not move to the next powerful design or maybe couple another DSMHB [two DSMHB boards for one motor ] .

have a nice time

Hi Speedy,
Did you have the components list for your h-bridge?
That will spare my time If you did :D
I will try to make your h-bridge first.
Best Regards

I'm sorry ... just print the silkscreen PDF and use them with you ... that is because there is a lot of different kinds of components lists depending on the store that you are buying from ... you can create the one you like if you're ordering online starting from that point ... :D

best regards ...

Hi Speedy,
I 'm listing the components.For the resistors 10R is 10 Ohms or 10k Ohms?
Thanks

sure my friend they are ... using the R as decimal point for ohms ... using the K as decimal point for kilo ohms ... using the M as decimal point for Mega ohms .
example ...
1R0 = 1 ohms --> 10R =10 ohms --> 100R = 100 ohms --> etc.
1K0 = 1 K ohms --> 10K =10 K ohms --> etc.

edit :
I have found some time to make this components list TXT file for general use .

I found this schematic for the IR2110 driving IC ... but it is for single MOSFET full H-Bridge ... I guess it is useful for guys studying this kind of bridges.

note that the SHDN line is grounded [shut down ] so the bridge is working ... but when it takes a 5V [ logical high ] it stops the driving motors supply regardless of the control signals ... which can provide an emergency stop for the controller . ...

AMC1.6 has emergency stop now with the latest firmware v1.1g ... ;)

But maybe you could use this shutdown function of the IR2110 along with a current sensor:

Hi Speedy ,

I received today the PCB !
Just have a look at them .
Pcb

In the same time I prepared the copper disks :
Copper disks

I just finished to drill and cut the copper disks :
Finished disks

As I said to you before I bought the cpu fans.It costs to me 9€ each so 18€ both.
Cpu fan

I'm still waiting for the parts missing to me to solder the pcbs.I will post new pictures when I will be a step forward!

Best Regards

Update:
The pcbs painted ready to solder!

Copper disks better polished yes my friend ;)
