SainSmart L293D Question

I found that driver on ebay and i want to ask about how many amperes this board can handle? http://www.ebay.com/itm/270972143893 is it safe for my stepper motor of 12volt 15A Max? Thanks Guys!

0.6A, there is a ebay description!

My list of parts is Mega2560 R3 and 3 wiper motors 10a 12v. How about 3 pieces of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/400569497467 , will fit on my needs? Thanks for the response :D
