Can i use this hbridge with arduino and wipers

Hi,
My Name is Martin and i´m new here.
Very slowly i can manage all the impressions out of this site. It is my first time using a Thing like an arduino, so i hope you can help me

Last week i bought an ardui´no and the following hbridge:

I alos bought some wipers like this:

Can you tell me if i can use this Bridge with arduino and this wipers vor a small desk racer 2dof?

I hope you can explain them to me
In the manual i fond:
•Rotate forward: EN = 1, RPWM = PWM, LPWM = 1, DIS = vacant
•Rotate reverse: EN = 1, RPWM = 1, LPWM = PWM, DIS = vacant
•Parking and brake: EN = 1, RPWM = 1, LPWM = 1, DIS = vacant
•Parking but not brake: EN = 0, RPWM = 1, LPWM = 1, DIS = vacant
•Prohibit the use: EN = X, RPWM = X, LPWM = X, DIS = 1

What does EN mean and DIS?
Can i use it with Sirnonames xpid?
