I would like to know if it is possible to use x-sim with Linear Actuators smcusa with the LECP6 serial communication.

Why not, the interface plugins are open source.

Extract 'You will find two sample source codes.', I don't find it .

Could you tell me where I can find the informations to write the interface plugin?
