arduino vs hbridge urgente help

hey guys need your help i dont know how to connect this h-bridge to the arduino uno r3,,

it has

2 pins + - to energizise the hbrige
2 pins for the motor
and 3 pins input 1 input 2 and ground

as you can see on the image i have tried some configurations but all the time i connect, the hbridge ground to the arduino ground and the input 1 or 2 to some of the pins of the arduino the motor starts to spin

its driving me crazy i just need to solve it to continue with the project can some one help me
