So 1 minute run and 3 minutes pause for cooldown. This do not look very usable.
Ok, lets say the 25% are for the 3 years warranty, then we need a continous run until first faiure. I do not see the duty cycle as countinous value because the duty cycle is for the life time. You can use the actuators 25% of the time on one day. Without a frequency you cannot give a duty cycle.
We can make a PWM of 25%, then they must theoretically work all the time ;)

ah, never mind these, they are too slow.
I've misread the spec and the speed is actually 13 mm/s and 43 mm/s which is not even close to what we'd need.
sorry about that!

these still look good and check the seat implementation idea http://www.playseatstore.com/motion.html
but I wouldn't pay that anyhow.
