SCN5 ignoring

Hi, I have this error,

Found SCN5 actuatot but emergency stop (ILK pin) was executed
The actuator wil be ignored until ILK pin is tied to 24 again

S/N9C 931 KR

Bought in korea MADE IN JAPAN

First I made, the connections as they are in the diagram, with the resistance and the diode

and then

I connected the gray wire (pin 8), to 2V without resistance, and I have the same error.
I have connected it to 0v, and I have the same error

I do not know what else to do

As written in the SCN5 post, the SCN Tools can disable the pin via original software.
On the other side it can be defect by overcurrent.
2V are not high state, also written in the post.
