Postby dervatter » Thu 6. Dec 2012, 01:52

nabend,

thx

In reply , and I am using a google translate.

NEN've recently seen this thread, but it can not find some way!
there had anyone have an alternative presented to the scn, believe the manufacturer of NEM were American!
But I think it was not yet known great friend, except the data! since we went under a different order rates and control if I'm not mistaken! Therefore, I'd like to know if there's been more and more info is to it!

As far as i know , there is not really an alternative to SCN5/6, unless you custom build.
I am using ETH series actuators that I was given second hand and I put 12v motors on them viewtopic.php?f=36&t=605 , but they are expensive, unless you can find a cheap chinese alternative. I have had no luck so far.
Maybe someone else can comment on actuator alternatives

Translation

Regards, David.

Hi all.
I apologize in advance for my English.
Has anyone considered this?
WITTENSTEIN Linear Ternary Actuator - Standard

http://www.wittenstein-us.com/Actuators ... dard.phtml

On the site, looking in the doc in the download section you can find everything for programming (for example: ternary® DLL Library for Serial Interface etc..)
I noticed that I seem to use the same type of software Mirai Inter-Tech scn5 with the same programming or nearly so. Could be a valid alternative to scn5 and maybe even better and for those who know how to program, I think also easy to integrate to the software X-SIM (it would be to write a plugin similar to SCN5 Actuator).
We could contact them, let them know that we could use to do their linear actuators, make them aware of the volume of sales that could have (by all of us interested in buying) and maybe take us a good price (perhaps through a code reserved the right to purchase one for us in the community of X-SIM). ;)
Again I ask pardon for my bad English.
I hope I have been clear enough about what I have expressed

Greetings to all ... Merry Christmas ...
Alessandro

The speed is right, but I am guessing you would need to buy one first and test it.
Pointless asking for a group discount until it actually works with x-sm.
