Lubricant for SCN5?

I have some wheestle an squeaking in one of mine SCN5 actuators, and I have to lubricate it again, but I don't know wich type of "oil" I need to use... It is good if I gonna use WD40?

I have been told you dont need to lubricate them and they will always make a noise but it's interesting if you have one that is quiet :s
I have some graphite poder I may try sometime but nervous to put anything on it
