PololuMini Maestro 12-Channel USB Servo Controller

I have two of thees units one working the 6 channel item but I am running the old x sim software on it i have the new software with the same setting on it but I just cannot get it responding to any thing. I works perfectly fine using the Mistro software but not x sim.

the 12 way is running on a new PC

-uncheck all other interface plugins
-verify USO is sending with the free serial port monitor

I have unloaded all interface no improvment
I have loaded on another PC I am running both on the same PC
I see the comunication between the software and the card the green cominucation led on the card starts to flicker when I start the software .
still no joy no servo movment

Hi I have now got it working it was the setting of the card in the pololu software configuration file i had it incorectly set to uart and not usb
