Extractor crashing on windows 10

Same issue for me. I am very disappointed about it. I am afraid that this project is dead and no more improvements or fixes will be done. Anyone knows a good alternative to X-SIm software ?

Hi guys! My problem is that I can't log into x-sim extractor, when I type in my password and username and press login, everything siappears from the charts and nothing more happens. Is there a way to fix this?
