New user logging in problems

Postby Dazbolt » Fri 13. Nov 2015, 20:42

This is probably easily sorted as I'm new fairly to pc's. I've downloaded the x-sim software and the extractor patch but still have problems logging in, I'm using Windows 10. It may be that I'm doing something wrong with the patch but I've now tried numerous times. If someone can point me in the right direction I'd be very grateful.

I've had the problem every time I've tried to log in. The bottom line says logging out old user then logging in new user then after 5 seconds it just goes back to the log n screen. I've tried it first without the patch then with, without the patch it doesn't even try to log in

it seems you use an old/wrong login/password combination if it goes back to login screen. Use the X-Sim registry cleaner and try again.
Also do not use special characters for password as written in the registration form.
Additionally you did not answer the part of the windows patch as written here and in the patch DL section.

Thanks for the reply, I assumed it was the loggin and password for the forum which works fine. Do you mean remove the flash player update? If so I have no idea how to do that as I don't want to affect anything else.
