Embeding Youtube clips

I have tried, but I cant work it out.
Can someone please give a simple explanation of how to place a youtube clip in a forum post. I want share my sim progress easily.

Here's a sample:

Which results in:



Make shure you use .com and leave out all parameters after the video id (pZSh9OevzRs in the above example)
