obd2 elm327 wifi usb

Hi,
I bought an obd2 elm327 wifi usb, but all my activties to connect my ipad with this device has been not successful.
I followed the video installation with Dashcommand with now result. The only information I have got, interface not found.
The obd2 was conected via usb and a green led and a red led has been lighted. The yelow led for the wifi has bin lighted only one second after the connection to the usb port.
Does anyone know if there are additional settings necessary to aktivate the wifi function on my obd2 device.

A OBD2 ELM Wifi does not have USB but WLAN, both make no sense.
However, I think you are in trouble with the adhock mode of your WLAN because you do not have a access point.
I move this topic because it has nothing to do with Motion Simulators where you have placed it.
