If that's WA time, no good to me unfortunately . That's 4 am and 8 am respectively for Sydney time.

Maybe we can set up different times to play. As us Aussies would have to be up too late or too early. Perhaps sim races can be done. One for Australian time, one for European, one for Spanish.
It seems to have one race doesn't suit most.

It seems the board will calculate the zone for us but I have to find out if the summertime is also involved. (next summer of course)
I think we should find a more fitting time by choosing a morning time for germany.

I have inserted 18 and 21 oclock as UTC on saturday! This seems sunday for you?
If I enter saturday 12 oclock UTC it should be saturday evening for you both?

Because of my fault from the last posts the "all times are in UTC" is now removed. The planners will always show the real meeting time calculated to the time zones. If I enter 12oclock the planner will not show 12 oclock in any other timezone. I am sorry that this was not found out before we have started.
We will repeat this race soon
I did another meeting request into the planner ...
