Is it possible to create a plug in for a game not in list?
I am not a developer and I need someone to do that (via motion extractor or not).
Is it possible to recognize <start-finish line passing> via motion extractor ?

hab letztens mal nen thread dazu gesehen, doch kann ihn irgendwie nicht mehr finden!
da hatte jemand ne alternative zu den scn vorgestellt, glaub die waren von nem amerikanischen hersteller!
aber dazu war glaub ich noch nicht´s weiter groß bekannt, außer die daten! da gings dann noch unter anderem um die preise und steuerung wenn ich mich nicht täusche! deswegen, würd ich gern wissen, ob es schon nähere bzw. weitere info´s dazu gibt!

Anyone tried solenoids for jerky movements?

Some on mcmasters have 960 oz of push-pull force (at 1/8"). Altough you couldn't simulate full range of motion, you could simulate hard shock, strips, and braking spring compression (V8 Supercars anyone?).

Also, while turning hard, the time it takes to compress the suspension to its max deflection is quite fast. Those would be perfect, no?

Like I said in the Introduce yourself post, i'm doing a "kind of" motion simulator for my end-of-study project (projet de fin d'étude).
Before coming on this forum, I was thinking of using an Arduino controller since one off my collegues had one to lend me.
Althought from what I've read here, jrk's seems the way to go.

So, I'm in the process of building my sim. I got inspiration from Floriske's and dearn's desings.
I'll be using famous pololu's JRKs. For now, i'm planning to use wiper motors, and then switch to something like wormgear motors. Only problem is that shipping cost of those nice motors from motion dynamics - is higher than the cost of two motors )). Oh, yes, i'm from Russia.

Ich lese nun schon seit gut einem Jahr in den entsprechenden Foren zum Thema X-Sim. Habe auch erfolgreich das AMC1.5 am laufen und bin dabei
das 1.6 fertig zu stellen. Bevor ich jedoch mit der Dokumentation im Project-Forum anfange, möchte ich gern alle Teile zusammen haben.
Getriebe-Winkel-Motoren, Frequenzumrichter, Kardangelenke / Welle, Optolink, PWM zu 0- 10V, AMC-Boards, Hallsensor etc, ist alles vorhanden und im "Testlauf".

I'm on a project to create a dynamic simulator 3DOF motor with 4 wiper motors.

The mechanical part is constructed and is operational with the Velleman software. I use a Velleman VM140 interface (K8061) and 2 sabertooth 2x12A to drive wiper motors.
With the system I have developed the 4 motors are powerful enough to run my project.

However, I have a problem to programm X-Sim.
