The GPxPatch (created by SDI) plugin was designed to read out the cockpit dashboard instruments. But with the exportet speed value you are able to calculate a longitudenal acceleration and the gear shown on your dashboard can produce a gear rumple every time you change the gear and the instument shows it, There are also the real force values exportet. For the use with x-sim software you have to install the GPxPatch software to the game directory as described in the GPxPatch manual. After you have installed the program you have to start GrandPrix only with the “GPxPatch.exe” loader program. This has a button to start GrandPrix out of the patch program. Before you can do this, you have to enable some options like shown below:

GPxPlugin2

GPxPlugin1

GPxPlugin4
Link to GPxPatch

You have to enable the GPxCInfo and intelliVibe checkbox in the maindialog “GPxPatch” tab. If you like to export some other instrument settings you can add them later. Now you can start the x-sim force sender application and enable the developer designed plugin out of the menu entries. For the shown setup you do not need the panel.ini file like you see in the second picture but the export checkbox.
