The goal of this plugin is not to cut the bigger G-forces because the actuator reached its maximal end position.
It will compress the movement at the endpoints, so you can increase more G-forces accelerations but the lower G-forces will be in forderground and quick working. So higher forces are noticed in the simulator, but because they are not often used in a game they are in the background and will only result in small movements.
It could also be used to work against rotary actuators which do not output a linear movement.
